 How can I personalise and buy a gift online?

  1. Simply select your gift of choice from our available range.
  2. Choose the colour of your gift ribbon (for lolly and fudge gifts)
  3. Choose the card greeting you would like, as relevant to the gift (For you, Congratulations, Thank you, Happy Birthday or none).
  4. Tell us what you would like handwritten on your gift card (optional, in notes section at checkout).
  5. You can then buy the gift by paying securely online or via bank deposit, and have your gift delivered anywhere in New Zealand and Australia.

 What are your shipping rates?

We offer ship everywhere in New Zealand! This covers all regions: Northland, Auckland, Coromandel, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu - Wanganui, Wellington, Tasman & Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago and Southland.

Shipping costs vary between North and South Island and local within Canterbury.

Do you have a physical store?

We're an online business only (based in Christchurch). If you have specific requirements or questions you would like to discuss, please drop us a note and we will be back in touch quickly to help you out.

How soon will my gift order be shipped?

With the exception of bulk and wedding orders, gifts are dispatched the following day after purchase (if ordered by 5pm) and shipped using standard delivery via a courier service. Friday and weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday.

Of course, if you're being organised with your gift-giving, you can tell us your preferred dispatch date in the appropriate section when personalising your gift - or simply send us an email with your order number.

Ensuring shipping is sweet as: It's really important that you provide the correct delivery address when you place an order. If there is an error in the address, re-delivery will incur an additional delivery charge. It is your responsibility to let us know as soon as possible if an order is not delivered when expected. We will then contact the courier company for clarification and arrange for prompt delivery. SweetAs Gifts will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.

SweetAs Gifts doesn't provide a same day service, all gifts are sent via courier. Our home base is Christchurch so delivery is usually 2 working days for local addresses but can take up to 3-4 working days for long haul/inter-island. 

Can I get a refund?

We generally do not offer refunds on gifts. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at info@sweetasgifts.co.nz.
