Nutella Allsorts lolly cake

We made this slice last weekend and can honestly say it was to die for! The Nutella icing made it just so scrummily decadent. Perfect plate to take with you for the summer BBQ season and a great children’s party cake!

Nutella  Allsorts Slice

250 gm super wine biscuits

125g butter

½ tin condensed milk

280g licorice allsorts

 

Icing

3/4 cup Nutella

50g soft butter

2 cups icing sugar

Milk to mix

 

Method

Crush the wine biscuits in food processor and process until fine crumbs. Melt condensed milk and butter together and add to the biscuit crumbs. Mix in chopped licorice allsorts.

Press mixture into a 30 x 20cm slice pan and refrigerate until firm.

Beat the Nutella and softened butter together until smooth. Add icing sugar and enough milk to make a smooth mixture.
