We have had a bit of time on our hands over summer and have been busy trying out new recipes using our Kiwi Classic lollies.
Kiwi Classic Rocky Road is our take on this old favourite, but we have used lollies from our gift selection. Try it you will be addicted!
400 grams of milk chocolate
Approx 300 grams of chopped lollies - we used candy bananas, chocolate fish, pineapple lumps, jet planes, strawberries and cream.
Melt chocolate on 50% power in the microwave and stir until creamy and smooth. Add the chopped lollies. Pour into tin lined with baking paper and refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces and enjoy!
