Oh my goodness you have got to try this simple and quick three ingredient fudge. We have just made it and it is absolutely divine!
Again sticking to our theme of using our iconic Kiwi lollies we have fo
und this beauty that we just had to share. Here it is:
200g jersey caramels
2 x 220 blocks of milk chocolate
290g tin of condensed milk
Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
Cut the Jersey Caramels in half and set aside.
Melt the chocolate and condensed milk together, stirring constantly until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients have combined.
Remove from heat and add the Jersey Caramels, mix through and pour into prepared tin. Leave to set in fridge for at least four hours (if you can wait that long). Cut into squares. Enjoy!
